In this video you will get to hear Gill’s account of her peri-menopause symptoms and how they impacted her life.

I created this video after a number of women approached me with the following concerns:

  • Felt exceptionally alone
  • Feeling un-resourced, dis-empowered and overwhelmed when starting to look for help
  • Felt they couldn’t talk to others and share what they were experiencing, especially with their partners, children or in a business setting
  • Didn’t want to go on the HRT or anti-depressants straight away, wanted some natural options
  • Experienced huge amounts of fear that they were going mad
  • Lost confidence in their abilities and emotional wellbeing.

In sharing her story, my intention is for you to not feel so alone and to see who diverse the symptoms of peri-menopause are so you can access the right support for you.

Often women think of the menopause – peri-menopasue and think of periods stopping or hot flushes. Actually there are over 40 symptoms and many can appear unrelated.

In exploring this, please know you are not alone and there are things you can do naturally, to help navigate some of the turbulence of the peri-menopause.
